This introductory wheel course teaches the foundational skills needed for throwing pottery on the wheel. No prior experience is required. Over four weeks, you’ll learn:
June 1: Centering and throwing cylinders
June 9: Cylinders, bowls, mugs, and trimming basics
June 15: Trimming bowls and mugs, plus making handles
June 22: Glaze day — finish and decorate your pieces
All clay, glazes, and firings are included.
