This beginner-friendly class explores the art of handbuilding. You’ll learn pinch, coil, and slab construction techniques to create ceramic wares and sculptural forms. We’ll also use studio tools like the slab roller and extruder to expand your possibilities.

October 9: Pinch and coil construction, introduction to studio tools
October 16: Soft slab construction
October 23: Hard slab construction
October 30: Glaze day!
